help sorry :)

So I’m just confused. I had a miscarriage on the 28.08.2019 and i was only really early (4w4d), my levels were tested at the time and also three days after and they dropped to 0, I also had negative tests after until the 30.09.2019 I tested as I was upset and trying to reassure myself I was fully not pregnant anymore, even though I’d had negative tests before, I’d just had a bad day. Then bam, positive. I didn’t believe it at all but I got about 7 more tests and took them all at the same time and very positive . I can’t get into a doctor until tomorrow, but are things looking hopeful? First photo is my first test on 30.09.2019, second photo is the test I just did on 04.10.2019, and the third photo is all the tests I took on 01.10.2019. Just need some reassurance before I see a doctor as I have no one else to talk to
