Anyone else have a nanny that calls out a lot? My nanny has called out about 5 times in the last 3-4 weeks. Do you I need to get a back up nanny?! 🤣. We really like her though and she is great with our son. I think I just wanted to vent really. I also think her reasons for calling out have been legitimate but it’s just like damn 5 times...My sick days at work have become my nannies sick days apparently. She also only works 4 days a week since I have Fridays off
