How to cope with early nesting

Hey ladies, I’m only 8 weeks pregnant and I’m driving my boyfriend and myself crazy. I can’t stop cleaning and complaining when the house is messy. We have a roommate who I’m about ready to kick out because she won’t quit putting dishes in the sink with food in them. She never rinses them out. I pulled big chunks of carrots out last night when I did dishes. I just can’t take it anymore.
