First pregnancy vs others?

This is my first pregnancy, I’m curious if first time pregnancies show more or less then the second or third and so on? 
I just feel like knowing my body you’ll be able to tell so early on and I wanted to hide it for a while so I could shock my family lol

Typically you show later in first pregnancy because your abdominal wall muscles are nice and strong and have never been stretched out before. But it all depends on how you end up carrying the baby (out front vs in your back). With my first I was 18 and I got married when I was about 18 weeks pregnant and I barely had to adjust my dress. You definitely could not see the bump in any of my wedding photos. I probably didnt start showing much for another 4 weeks at least after that. At 42 weeks when I had him, I still only had a cute little basketball bump and he was 8lbs6oz. I carried him quite high and his feets were always in my ribcage.
I'm now pregnant with my 5th and there is no denying there is a bump and I am only 10 weeks. My pre-pregnancy weight was 4 lbs less this time than with my first. I've carried all of my subsequent babies lower and more out front than my first.
