Postpartum Bleeding

Is anyone still bleeding at 4 weeks postpartum? I’ve been patiently waiting for the bleeding to let up and turn into the “pinkish or brownish discharge” that I’m told happens after the first 10 ish days but I’m here at 4 weeks PP and still having bright red blood. It’s not large amounts just some blood on the pad and when I wipe but occasionally I will still pass small (pea sized) clots too. It’s hasn’t been a concerning amount but I’m wondering if the colour is normal?
