She was so happy to see him. It’s been too long since they’ve been able to spend time together. Zach kissed Jenna & noticed she was shivering. He quickly took off his letterman jacket & placed it on her. She loved being in his arms. The two talked it up & caught up on what they’ve missed out on the past several months. Jenna was set to go to Texas to teach at any college & Zach had plans to attend Baylor University & play college ball. He was just waiting for his college applications to get back & hopefully in his favor.

The conversation got quiet as Jenna had to tell Zach something.

Jenna: So, something else has come up & I have to tell you about it.

Zach: What? You can tell me anything, Jenna.

Jenna: I’m pregnant.

Zach: I.. I don’t know what to say. Um, congratulations.

Jenna: It’s Tom’s.

Zach: Oh...

Jenna: I’m keeping the baby & I’m due before graduation.

Zach: Ok. I’m happy for you. It’s just a lot to process.

Jenna: Look, if this is too much for you & all I understand if you don’t want me anymore.

Zach: Don’t say that.

Zach gently holds Jenna’s face.

Zach: Nothing will keep me from being with you. I love you, Jenna & I love this baby growing inside of you.

Zach kneels I’m front of Jenna.

Zach: I don’t have much & I don’t even have a ring, but Jenna, will you marry me?

Jenna starts to cry. She hugs Zach.

Zach: Is that a yes?

Jenna: Yes! Yes! A hundred times yes...

Zach & Jenna kiss & Zach puts his hand to Jenna’s stomach & kisses her baby bump.
