Is it uncomfortable when babies kick?

I’ve never been pregnant and only 15 but I see so many videos of babies kicking and it looks really uncomfortable.

Sometimes it is. Especially towards the end. My son would push his butt out as far as he could in the end and id have this HUGE lump on my side from him pushing out so far and it kind of hurt. Kicks mostly just feel weird until you get used to it haha

Some hurt some don’t. Big movements didn’t really bother me, just felt weird. But it’s the quick little jabs into your bladder or ribs that usually hurt. I played a game with her when she started pressing body parts against my body I would lightly poke at her. She would usually move and then come back. I thought of it as my way of playing with her.

For the most part, no.  The kicks to the cervix have been the worst I've had so far, but thankfully it only hurts for a second.

Depends. When you get farther along, a lot of the time it is lol. Especially when they kick your ribs or your crotch. Sometimes my baby (I'm 35 weeks) will push his foot so hard against my skin that it hurts. But it's still so amazing to see him move around that the mild pain is worth it!

Those big visible kicks didn’t hurt me, they felt kind of weird but not painful (although they did startle me sometimes and I would jump and people would ask what was wrong with me lol). What was painful after a while was that she loved to jam her feet up into my ribs - you couldn’t see it from the outside but after a while my ribs felt bruised from all the jabbing, especially in the last month when she ran out of room in there.

For me kicks don't hurt - love the feeling however after 30 weeks the movements/ rolls/ pushing becomes bigger and for me they feel uncomfortable but it doesn't last very long ☺️
