Before 6 weeks shouldn’t even be an option. Such a huge risk of infection!!

6 weeks with okay from my doctor. Scary that people selected 2 weeks. Doesn’t matter if you have a vaginal birth or a c-section either. You have a huge gaping ￼wound inside your uterus where your placenta once was and your risk of infection and other complications isn’t really worth it. It’s best to wait until you’re checked and fully healed.

Honestly about 7-8 weeks just because I was so scared it was going to hurt. It did feel uncomfortable the first few times but then went back to the feeling it did before giving birth. Definitely wait 6 weeks though unless otherwise your doctor says something different!

8 weeks! That’s cause my schedule made my 6 week check up late. So That’s when my Dr cleared me so that’s when I did. Literally everyone is supposed to wait for doctors clearance. Doesn’t matter how good you feel.

I waited till exactly 6 weeks even though my drs appt for my 6 week check wasnt gonna be till 7 weeks bc I felt healed and it was fine.
