Any breastfeeding mamas here??

Once baby falls asleep on my breast does that mean she is done? She was feeding for about 30minutes

Yeah she’s done. 30 mins is a solid feed! Mine always falls asleep while nursing. He will sleep nurse and keep pulling milk once his eyes close, then eventually he falls too deeply asleep and loses his latch. Then I can pull him away from my boob and his mouth will stay open lol. He usually stays asleep while I burp him.

Yeah. my baby will continue pacifying on me while asleep if I don’t unlatch him. He rarely unlatches himself while asleep.

I let my baby sleep eat/suckle for as long as she wants. Once she is officially don’t she pulls away

Yes 30 mins is great! If she falls asleep after only 5 or 10 min you can rub her feet or arms to wake her and remind her to finish the feeding so she gets a full belly and your breast empties completely
