Stressing about the future

I just learned that I’m 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant, I was shocked at first and now I’m thrilled. The problem is my anxiety/depression combo that I’ve had since before I was pregnant. I’m constantly worrying that something will happen and I’ll lose my baby, which would be devastating. How do I calm my nerves when these emotions are heightened and it’s constantly reaching through my mind.
