Can taking a prenatal on an empty stomach make you throw up?

I'm heaving and I know I need to eat but I have a vomiting phobia and I'm struggling. I haven't thrown up this entire pregnancy and I'm ten weeks so it's weird to start now. Wondering if it's because I took my prenatal and didn't eat???
