Victim of assault.

Last night I was a victim of assault. My children’s father and I we aren’t together though hook up and everything sometimes. Of course I’m not going to anymore after last night. So I was sleep and I woke up to him playing a game and talking of the phone loud in my ear so I go to the other room and lay in the bed with our son, to get away from the noise and get rest. Well he follows me in there, starts yelling at me saying why are you hiding behind him, why are you bringing him in the middle of this. My son is 2 btw and he was sleeping. I just look at him (the father) like wtf are you talking about. I said I’m just trying to sleep in peace. He snatches my phone. I’m like k whatever and I just go back into my room because well first off the baby is sleep and there is no need to argue infront of him. When I get back into my room he follows me, hides my phone in his pocket and starts pushing me into the corner. I just have my hands up so he knows I’m not going to hit him fight him or anything like that but as I’m doing that I’m also trying to get around him. He keep pushing me and grabbing my arms and pushing closer to the wall. Eventually I get around him and he grabs me by both my arms and slams me on the bed and gets on top of me and is yelling wtf is wrong with you, what’s your problem, and all this other bs. At one point I seen him make a fist though he didn’t punch me. He ended up hitting me in the mouth with his forearm (I think it’s called that ) .at one point he grabbed and twisted my arm behind my back as I was laying in my stomach. At that point I’m like okay I have to defend myself so I have a bat next to my bed and thank goodness I was able to grab it I did hit him with it only on his arm though. Wasn’t trying to be very violent but needed him off of me and to leave. He tries grabbing it off of me but as I’m pushing him away I accident grab his necklace and break it. I told him I’m calling the police and Shorty after he left. I don’t have any bruises. I had red marks after it happened. As soon as he left I did call the police they took the report and said 24-48 hrs they will be contacting him and doing whatever they do.

Look what this mfer has the nerve to next me after it happened. He called me about 10 times after it happened to. I didn’t answer any calls . The black scribble on the one pic is me just scribbling out my name
