It’s just from milk. My daughter has it also.

My lactation specialist checked under her top lip and there was white there . She said if it wipes off with a damp cloth its milk, my LO had it for a bit then it went away.

If you scrap it off and it doesn’t look red or bleed then it’s just milk . Usually the inside of your baby’s mouth will have a THICK coat of that on the tongue and the walls of the mouth will have a white film as well .
