I’ve had anal before..but it HURTS! Can I make it hurt less?? 
The last time I had anal, a little poop came out on his dick and I haven’t had anal since (2 years) because I’m so embarrassed and scared it’ll happen again..
 
But I’m with a new man, who’s never had anal that wants to try...how can I MAKE SURE poop doesn’t come out on his dick?

You need to use thr toilet before doing smal. ALWAYS wear a condom when going back there, it's easier to catch An infection. 
Lots & lots of lube & lots of communication. Do not use anything that will numb that area, you NEED to know whats happening back there. 
i always like to start off in all fours ( doggy) rub your clit while he gently goes in. it'll be less pain ful.

I don’t know that you can make sure that there’s no poop, you have to accept that as a potential part of the act. You can have a bowel movement and use enemas if you wish in advance. Always have a warm cloth and towel ready for any clean up. 
My advice for beginners is always to work up to it over a number of different sessions starting with rubbing, then finger play, then small toys... not to go right into penis penetration. In order for it to be pleasurable for you, you have to understand the different stages that area of the body goes through during the act. It’s not used to it so it has to be trained.
