Question/help

Me and my husband have been trying for a few yrs now and I've torn clomid and letrozole even tho I ovulate on my own. I stopped taking letrozole 2 months ago because I had surgery now that I'm recovered we have started trying again and I honestly think that something may be wrong with him but we want to try a few more things before we go spend hundreds of dollars to get him checked because he doesn't have insurance so we have to pay out of pocket! Has anyone else had this problem and what is something that he can do or take to possibly boost his sperm?
