Sore boobs

I had sex in my fertile window with a condom- I. D.o.n.t have any other bc. He ejaculated after we had sex( during a blowjob) after we had sex. My boobs started hurting badly a week after and my nipples are sore and hard. I know this is a early sign of pregnancy but I. D.o.n.t think that’s possible because he never came inside of me. Does any one know what this could be. Please help!!!! I’m supposed to get my period tomorrow
