So my husband just got this weekend and it’s starting to scab up ? Anyone know why and what he should do lol

he was drunk and came home to “surprise” me with this my name was already on there he had done it when he was 16 but rely faded so no this was not done by a tattoo artist it was just re outlined by a friend was just a spur of the moment thing 🤦‍♀️😭
