Honey Balsamic Chicken & Vegetables

**For those of you who asked for the recipe...IT’S SO DELICIOUS AND VERY EASY. YOU’RE GOING TO LOVE IT!! RECIPE IS BELOW. ENJOY!!!! 😊

I’ve tweaked the recipe some over the years and this is how I make it now. Originally it had double the spices, but it was just too much for me so this is how I make it. If you want more spice, double the spices. I also don’t usually measure the vegetables specifically, usually just fill the pan. I’ve tried a lot of different vegetables too. This time I used red potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, zucchini, and yellow squash. I’ve used sweet potatoes and asparagus before instead of red potatoes and green beans—NOT very tasty!! Pretty gross actually. I’ve used asparagus with the other vegetables though and it’s good. I love sweet potatoes, but I’d just stay away from the sweet potatoes with this marinade. Just a hint to save you from a disaster hahaha.
