Provera & Letrozole?'s 🤔😕💔

I'm on CD109 I took provera to trigger my cycle and I'm 9 days past the last dose of provera and I still haven't started yet and I usually start by now. Is it normal not to start at all after taking it? I'm getting concerned that I won't and I'm not sure what they can do besides provera.

My doctor also upped my dose of Letrozole to 5mg on CD5-9 unmonitored with TI on CD11-21 but I'm now worried I won't be able to take it if I don't start soon. And I was wondering what I can do once I do start taking it to help it work better so I actually ovulate this cycle? I already take prenatals but I'm wanting to boost my chances as much as possible cause I don't ovulate on my own and I go months without a cycle. I'm just feeling defeated cause I've had 12 previous losses and I'm praying for our health rainbow baby. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance. I hope we all get our rainbows soon and we can say we kicked infertility in the butt. Much love to all.
