Need to lose weight
I have no energy. Nadda. I'm just so exhausted. Picking up my son and walking up two flights of stairs leaves me winded?? I've actually gained 6-8 pounds since I lost the baby weight.
Anyone have tips on staying motivated? I know what to do, what foods to eat, I exercise 4-5 days a week, but by the weekends I just give up. And then nothing changes 🙄 I just feel trapped sometimes and feel like I don't care. Need to get out of this funk before winter hits and makes it worse!
