How do I refabric a bassinet?

I got this bassinet that I like, other than the green. I want to change it to a white and gray theme for my next baby. How would I go about doing this?

I'm pretty sure that type of bassinet isn't meant to be changed. It's like refabricing a sofa, it's doable but complicated. You would have to pick it apart at the seams and recut the pieces on fabric and sew it back together. If it's just the green bits and it's just for aesthetics, I suggest just sewing a peice of fabric in the color of your choice overlaying the parts you want changed.

You could also try fabric paint, if you go a darker color, but make sure to do a test patch in an unnoticed area first.

What Mary said. Try taking it apart but if it doesn't work well, maybe try a heat-n-bond to cover the green. The canopy can probably be removed & redone but the bed part would be harder depending on how its assembled.
