I've got puffy nipples, I show a picture even though there are not mine, it's not me on the pic xD

I am 20 and has been with my bf for 10 months now.

Don't know if it's related but once, after foreplay, sex ( after kissing my boobs), my bf noticed my nipples looked inflated..

I wasn't worried since I thought it was because of kisses.

But now even days we don't have sex or anything, they look puffy and it's really ugly.

I never paid attention before but actually maybe they have always been like that...

Except when it's cold or I get horny of course then they look normal, but in general they look puffy and I wonder why :(

Is it because if him?

Is it just how they are and it's normal?

Freaked out thinking it could be a disease :(

Also when I googled it, it seems like it's mostly a male issue...
