12dpo spotting???

Could this be implantation? I'm 12 dpo today. I'm pretty sure I ovulated late due to my lap procedure last month. If this is the case I wouldn't have ovulated until around Oct 2nd according to my CM.

This is more pinkish in person, my flash does this picture no justice. I sure hope I'm not out this month and it is AF. Anyone else have implantation late and get a BFP?
