I started my weight lost journey in December of 2018.

I meal prep weekly. Try to stay disciplined on weekends. Gym 4-5 times a week when I was healthy enough to do so.

I’ve been set back by getting the flu twice, strep 3x, two abscess in my throat, back injury, then a minor surgery of getting my tubes tied. All which kept me out of the gym!!

I’ve been stuck at the same weight for three months. I do not know how to get the weight lost going again. I’m a tad bit smaller now from the picture on the right.

I am 52 pounds down and I want to desperately lose 24more!

Any && all suggestions/advice would be nice!
