Hydroxizine/Vistril??

Has anyone taken it for sleep during pregnancy???

I took one at 10pm and one at midnight last night. I slept better than usual, but not great.

I have felt like absolutely complete trash all day. Physically, mentally, emotionally.

I’ve been sleeping on and off all day. I’ve wanted to scream and cry at people when I had to go into public.

I feel weak and like I’m fully ready to throw in the towel with work and stay home for the rest of this pregnancy.

Could this be the hydroxizine?? Or am I getting sick?

Or is this my shit storm before I go into labor? (I had an emotional shit storm where I stayed in bed all day and cried before I went into labor with my first)
