Blood In baby’s poop?

As I was changing my son this morning I noticed some small red streaks in his poop and now I’m freaking out. Should I take him to the doctor?

I had this the other day I would go to the doctors just to make sure!!  she said my sons was due to him straining but to keep a eye on it please go just Incase
