Tea that is safe to drink during pregnancy
Hi everyone I'm currently 18+3weeks pregnant and I think I'm coming down with a cold. I'd like to see if tea could help alleviate some of my symptoms. I know there is a pregnancy tea does that help with colds too or does anyone have any tea suggestions? I'd also like to try the medicine ball from Starbucks if anyone knows what that is I'm just unsure about it.
