So a couple weeks ago I was feeding my daughter her breakfast of baby cereal and all was going well until all of a sudden she started spitting a bite out. Thank God she had an aversion to anything with skins on it at the time because it turned out to be a piece of plastic (Anyone who uses this cereal knows that the packaging is more metallic).

I immediately contacted the company and gave them all the information about the cereal, told them I didn't want any vouchers or coupons or anything and sent them the piece of plastic to do an investigation. They just emailed me back today.

Is it just me or does it sound like in the last bullet point that they're kind of accusing me of something? Either way, I am done with all of their products.
