Bleeding/Spotting 8 weeks

I am having some pink discharge when I wipe. It’s almost like the egg white discharge you would see when you are ovulating but it’s pretty pink. I have seen a doctor and they didn’t see anything on the ultrasound.. anyone had this? And what ended up being the outcome
