Today, I had a little bit of pink spotting once when I wiped. I called the gyn office and the nurse said that it was normal during the first trimester and shouldn’t be worried unless it is red, heavy, and/ or accompanied with cramps. Then about an hour later, the nurse called back after speaking with the doctor and said it would be good if I come in for an ultrasound tomorrow. I wasn’t worried too much about the bleeding until she called back. My ultrasound wasn’t scheduled until October 22nd so we would be able to definitely hear a heart beat. Now I am nervous that if I can’t see or hear the heart beat tomorrow will the pregnancy end in miscarriage. This is my first pregnancy after ttc after 9 months.

Update: ended up having a miscarriage. Baby stoped developing at 6 weeks and 2 days. Had to have a medical induction at 8 weeks and 2 days.
