Nurse appointment tomorrow... any advice on questions to ask?

Hi ladies, our protocol has been written and we are seeing the nurse tomorrow.
It’s overwhelming and no matter what, I know I will be nervous and probably forget to ask questions. 
Any suggestions what to ask etc?
It’s my first ivf
Going on menopur which probably falls to cycle starting November.

Call your ins co and see if they have a specific pharmacy they allow - blue cross only allows 2 in my area and I had to have meds transferred... or mention to the nurse what ins you have and ask if they know what pharmacy (fertility meds are usually mailed) ... also our doc office suggested watching videos about the injections on freedom med tec .. first few days I’d watch immediately before admin of meds

Your protocol apt is information overload. Take a notebook with you, write down what you can. Your questions will come as you receive more information. 
My protocol apt was so inclusive. The only questions I had were pertaining to my active life, how much I workout and if I should cut back. Outside of that I just asked if I could shop around for meds (I found a cheaper place to fill meds and they switched my prescription to them) and had them confirm my medication as the company filling most of my scripts had a prescription for something not in my protocol.
