Very sore nipples😩😩

Does anybody else have like really really sore nipples to the point you don’t even want to put on a bra because they hurt so much?? I’ve been in so much pain lately and it’s like it’s getting worse and worse and I’m only 18 weeks. Does anyone have and remedies that could help ease the pain a little ??
