No symptoms?

I'm seven weeks today and for the last 2 days my symptoms have disappeared whereas for the last 2 weeks I have had morning sickness everyday all day. I have no cramping or spotting, can someone tell me if this is normal?

This is my third pregnancy and I can confidently say YES it’s totally normal! Symptoms come and go. The only thing you should ever worry about is if you have no symptoms AND bleeding/pain.

Had my first appointment today and doctor said it was totally normal and my sickness has definitely came back 😂 Thank you guys for the replies and support

I had this around the same time, where my symptoms disappeared for a few days...Mine came back a few days later & were double the strength (super nauseous and tired)!! I went in for a sonogram yesterday and everything was just fine 😊

If you're really worried I would call your doctor and see if you can get an ultrasound.

I’m 7 weeks to. And some days I have no nausea and other days it’s awful! I think it’s normal, if your really concerned you should contact your doctor and get their opinion!
