Daft question is a kitchen role play toy a unisex toy?

For Christmas we have started buying presents for our little boy but now I don't know if it's too girly? I want to include role play toys so I am getting him a kitchen and have brought him a tea set. I know it seems daft but is it a bit girlie?

All toys are unisex if you ask me. Especially things like kitchens and toys that mimic real life tasks. Men use kitchens, little boys can play with a kitchen. Men care for babies, little boys can play with dolls, etc

For our Littles 1st Birthday he got a doll house and dolls; it’s one of his favorite toys. 
He also got a Build-A-Bear and had fun washing and combing the bear at the store. So we bought him a doll changing table and he uses it to clean his “babies” - stuffed animals. 
He also has play foods and a tiny play fridge / stove combo that he plays with. 
My SO is in the process of making him a play kitchen out of a older tv stand. So it’s the height of our little and will last longer- since it’s out of wood and not plastic.
We’ve also bough him for Christmas the cleaning play-set and the vacuum at Walmart.

We got my son a play kitchen for Christmas. He loves watching me in the kitchen and “helping.” He has dolls and a vacuum also. My son needs to learn life skills, too.
