Anyone with a June 2018 baby pregnant with #2 and notice baby #1 becomes super clingy??

My 16 month old has gotten super clingy and whiny past couple weeks, timed really close with me becoming pregnant with #2, I’m 5 weeks now. Is this just coincidence or can she somehow sense it? Thanks in advance for any ideas/comments.

Mine is super clingy and I’m definitely not pregnant. She is almost 16 months and I have to peel her off of me just to take a shower.

I think it's more to do with their age than pregnancy.     I'm expecting our 2nd un 5 weeks but my son gas just started getting clingy the last few weeks

They are just at the age were they are super clingy. Mine is the same way. I can’t even walk across the room.
