6 weeks pregnant and not sure what this is?

Tuesday I had very light brown spotting twice after wiping in the afternoon. Today (Thursday) I just went to the bathroom and had very light brown spotting again but this at the bottom of the toilet.
What is this? Discharge? Sign of miscarriage?
I just had a miscarriage 4 months ago, I’m scared to go through another

I'm 14 weeks and have been spotting the entire time. Hang in there. My dr has checked everything 3 times already and everything is on point. Not unless its red and you fill a pad do you need to worry. Easier said than done though, it's hard not to worry after a MC. 💖
