I’m laying in bed and this evening i’ve just started experiencing these awful stabbing pains which are really painful and sharp in all random sections of my back, my chest, and now my stomach! It’s horrendous and I have no idea what to do and to go to hospital?

This is my first pregnancy and just have the fears of wasting somebody’s time and nothing to worry about.

Does anyone know what this could be or what i should do? x
