Lactation cookies, bars, or foods?

Anybody recommend some lactation cookies, bars, foods?? I didn’t have the best experience with breastfeeding with my first two kids and want to step my game up this time around.

Anything with oatmeal! Loving oatmilk. Oatmeal for breakfast and yes the mother’s milk tea. TONS OF WATER.
