TMI!!! Bathroom while sex/orgasm

Has anyone Ever been having sex and felt like they had to go to the bathroom (number 2) but didn't stop to go, just continued to have sex? I'm 34 weeks tomorrow and while having sex last night while on my back it felt this way.. But not while in the doggy position or when I was on top. But after we had sex and both finished I went to the bathroom to clean up and realized I must have gone. Extremely embarrassed I cleaned myself up hoping it was just messy with me... But came back to the bedroom to find him changing the sheets. He didn't say a word about it but I knew he knew.
