I'm freaking out is this a BFP? *Updated*

I bought these test strips off of Amazon a few months ago, but have not been actively trying to get pregnant. I went on a date night with my BF last night I noticed that I felt very intoxicated off of one glass of wine which is not usual for me. I've been getting pimples and feeling Moody so I figured AF was on her way. Today on a whim I took these tests out and this is what I got. I'm a little freaked out but also not sure if I should trust these tests. It was taken at the exact same time and one is darker than the other. They're the clinical guard HCG strips. What do you guys think?

Update: every test I have taken since has been negative, including the tests with FMU. I'm confused because these lines seemed a bit dark for me to get negatives so maybe this was a fluke 🤷
