Itchy Vagina?

I randomly have started getting an itch to my vagina.. like not inside, not everywhere, literally like just a little bit right outside my vagina opening. There’s no smell to it, my discharge looks normal, white and creamy, my vagina looks normal as well. I don’t burn when I pee either. Like when i wipe it relieves the itch as well. I’m in a committed relationship and married and have no history of STDs. I also recently gotten into not wearing underwear just because it’s more comfortable as well. But that’s been a few months. What’s something y’all think it is?
