How do you ladies get off during sex with your spouse? 
It’s kinda hard for me because I’m a Christian. I really don’t know my way around it and I think I’ve only orgasmed once during actual sex.

Not sure what being a Christian has to do with it. I am a Christian and waited for sex until we were married and we enjoy great sex! God created sex to be enjoyed between covenant lovers ;)

Use a vibrator or your hand while you have sex and on the flip side you not being able to get lost in the moment is your own fault. You’re in your head too deep. Relax take a deep breath. Look in his eyes and see the passion he has and reciprocate the passion let your passion for him show and tell him how much you want him etc. hope this helps. I’m not Christian but was raised catholic and had a ton of issues with this because I felt dirty etc. I now live a complete different lifestyle but the beginning all I needed was to force myself to be in that moment.

As a Christian, one thing I was told (which I thought was super strange at the time) was to pray to enjoy sex with your husband. It’s a beautiful thing that God created for you to enjoy together. Share your concerns with your spouse to whatever extend you feel comfortable, but I highly recommend praying to desire your husband and to enjoy sex together.

To those saying being a Christian has nothing to do with it, it does make some difference. If you wait until you are married for sex like the Bible teaches, you likely spent a lot of time training yourself to shut out and not explore lustful thoughts. It can become automatic and so for some people it takes some time to adjust once married. It’s not always from guilt or some unhealthy view, sometimes it’s just a hard engrained habit. 
For me if I’m having trouble getting there it’s usually more of a mental/emotional issue then a physical one. You have to learn to let yourself go in front of someone else.
Also it might be good to have a discussion on what things you would or would not try together based on what you think is biblical. That way you know where you both stand when you want to do something a little different

I’ve read the first and think it’s a great tool for defining what orgasm is for you and giving you some actionable reasons to why you may not be coming and how to help that. 
The second book I haven’t read but know that many Christian women have found it helpful.
