I’m due in June, but I’m moving to a different city in February. What do I do? 
Where I’m moving to is an hour away.

Is driving there feasible? eg you don't work or you're flexible? Early on your appointments are typically only monthly, so doing the drive 5x or so isn't so terrible. But if it's going to be a big hassle, then I would just go local and have your records transferred.

Find a doctor here to start your prenatal care and set one up where you're moving for when you get there. In January, before the move, have your records sent to the new doctor.
