Anyone with same problem

Anyone else developed a pilonidal cyst while pregnant? I first got it 2 years ago during nursing scholl and had antibiotics and got it drained. Thought we got the sac out but i guess not. Towards the end of my last pregnancy it started filling up again slightly. I got antibiotics and it went away.. so we thought. 2 days ago it started being tender again and today its been hurting so bad and draining. Im 14 weeks 4 days and im pretty sure they wont do surgery to remove the sac until afterwards. But im scared of surgery on it
