Ohss v pregnancy belly

I've had ohss for 6 weeks now and am 8 weeks pregnant. Been in hospital seriously I'll with fluid on lungs and high risk of clots.

Although fluid has halved I'm still swollen across my middle (pelvis has reduced slightly) however I now have extra large kissing ovaries with cysts.

I'm worried where everything is going to go as I'm only a uk 8 normally. Drs say I wont see my normal size again now itll just merge into pregnancy belly.

Has anyone had severe ohss which include very swollen tummy and remember when/how they started showing?
