vaginal dryness

the doctors told me I had bv and I took the antibiotics and the infection didn’t really go away. They ran tests and they told me it did but my down there doesn’t feel the same. I’m more dryer than usual and it makes sex really uncomfortable. I tried lube and it doesn’t help me. also the good feeling from sex I don’t feel it anymore. I’m planning on seeing a different doctor hopefully this can be fixed. Anyone going through this right now?
