Lopsided Pregnant Belly

Ladies,

I believe I'm 5 weeks 4 days based on my app. My cycle before I was pregnant was not really a cycle, just seemed like old blood for three days but I counted it as a period.

Now I'm seeing a lump in the left side of my belly. I am a ftm and dont have a doctors appt for another 4 weeks. (Only time I could get in and the dr said it's normal to see patient around 8-10 weeks) all they've done is confirm with a pregnancy test that I was pregnant and sent me on my way to make an appt.

Should I call my doctor to try and see sooner or is this normal. I guess I just didnt expect any bulges this soon. Its soft and seems to be getting bigger and more noticable every few days.
