How accurate is the forecast on here? I haven't gotten my blood test results back and just wondering if the prediction here is accurate

On the nuture app, not so much. Not sure where they get the forecast from, half of the symptoms they predict I dont even have.

It all depends on how much you track and log and for how long. Also if you have pcos, it makes predictions much harder
