Cant shake this feeling... :(

Im due end of feb with twins. Im 19 weeks 3 days. I have felt my little girl move for weeks now, strong ones. They are my 5th n 6th child, but havent felt the boy move at all. Befor them i had a miscarriage and it has really messed with my mind. I just keep having this gut feeling he has passed and we havent realized it yet. Im sure i would be crampy and bleeding if he did but its just driving me nuts that i dont know for sure he is ok and wont know till the 23rd. My ob did the doppler week and half ago said he thinks he hot both twins but the heart rates where 152 and 153 so he ssid it could be just one twin and its hard to tell them apart even though one is low and one is high. Just wish this feeling would go away :(
