Breastfeeding around visitors

My LO is 11 days old and I'm overwhelmed trying to coordinate breast feeding with the constant influx of visitors.  I am a pretty modest person so do not want to breast-feed in front of company.  My doctor also said to wait another week or two before pumping so I am strictly breast-feeding at this point .  My grandparents want me to bring the baby to visit today but by the time I feed him, get him ready and actually drive to their house I'm afraid he'll want to feed again.
